Every Retina Clear order is backed by a full 60-day money-back guarantee. We want you to try the formula with complete confidence — if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a complete refund of the product price.

Refund Window

You have 60 days from the date of your original purchase to request a refund. Please mark your purchase date so you know when the window closes. We recommend requesting your refund at least a few business days before day 60 to allow time for processing.

What Qualifies for a Refund

• Any Reason, No Questions Asked. You can return bottles for any reason — did not meet expectations, changed your mind, allergic to an ingredient, or no reason at all.
• Empty Bottles Accepted. We accept returns of fully used bottles. You do not need to send back unused product only.
• Original Purchase Required. Refunds apply to orders placed directly through our official checkout. Products purchased through third-party resellers may be subject to that seller's policy.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund:

1. Email support@getretinaclear.com or call +1-888-698-0597 with your order number and the email address used at purchase.
2. Our team will provide the return shipping address and a return authorization reference.
3. Ship your bottles (empty or otherwise) to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund orders that do not arrive.
4. Once your return is received, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we process the refund, your bank may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account. The exact timing depends on your bank's processing cycle.

Shipping Cost on Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product price and any paid shipping or taxes are refundable; original shipping is not refundable except in the case of a shipping error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item when contacting support.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you want a different quantity or package, please request a refund and place a new order.
